I am very honored to introduce myself as new CEO of dormakaba. On 1 April, I have taken over this role from Riet Cadonau, who over the past ten years has made dormakaba your partner for smart and secure access solutions all over the globe.

I join dormakaba from Siemens Mobility, where I was Co-CEO since 2017. Before that, I held several leadership positions in Siemens’ mobility, building technologies and automotive businesses over the past 20 years.

I am an entrepreneur, passionate about the contribution that industry in general can bring to the challenges our societies face. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and partners all over the globe. And I am passionate about leveraging the opportunities made possible through digitalization.

Customer centricity has always been at the heart of everything I have done during my career and will continue to be so at dormakaba. In line with our value customer first, under my leadership we will continue to support your business with attractive products, solutions and services that solve your challenges and pain points along the building lifecycle. To this end I am looking forward to engaging with you to better understand your specific needs and gain impulse on how to further improve your experience with dormakaba.
